You may join Indian Army as a JCO in the rank of Naib Subedar through the following Indian Army recruitment channels. After joining as a Naib Subedar, you will get further promotion to Subedar after some years of working and then the next promotion will be Subedar Major.

- When you land on the home page, candidates must enter the captcha. Click on “officer’s entry apply/ login” or Rally button on the home page.
- Click “Register” if you are a new user to create your login account.
- After registration, enter your registered id and password to log in.
- Fill in all the requested details in the specified format.
- After verifying your details once again, click on “Submit“.
Rally Recruitment for Soldiers and OR: To join Indian Army as a soldier or OR, you have to follow these simple steps to apply.
Indian Army Rally recruitment jobs can be applied through open recruitment rallies such as Soldiers General Duty, Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Asstt, Sol Clerk/Store Keeper Technical and Soldier Tradesman. Interested candidates must reach the nearest Army Recruiting Office / HQ Recruiting Zone for all details. And while reporting candidates must carry the following documents with two attested photocopies of each document:

- Xth Class Certificate with the date of birth mentioned.
- Xth / XIIth Class marks sheet.
- Character Certificate signed by village Sarpanch (not more than six months old).
- Domicile/Nativity Certificate issued by authorized Govt official
- Caste Certificate issued by authorized Government official.
- Relationship Certificate in case of Son Of Serving Soldier / Ex-Servicemen / War Widow issued by SRO / CRO of Record Office with Serial No., Name and Application of the officer signing the certificate duly affixed with a round stamp.
